PREPARE YOUR VISIT

The holidays are always a busy time at the ice rink. Here is some information to make your visit to us easier:

TICKETS - WHERE TO BUY?

You can buy your tickets on arrival at the ice rink. We have machines that accept cash and those that accept cards. Please note the signs "cash only" or "card only" above the ticketing machines.

Unfortunately it is not yet possible to buy your tickets online.

TICKETS - WHAT DO YOU NEED?

On our ticketing machines you can select the items you need:

Entry ticket - adult (15 years or older) or kid (younger than 15 years)

Skate rental - if you don't have your own skates, you can rent a pair from us. We have skates in sizes 24 to 50. For smaller sizes we have double bladed skates that you can strap under your kids shoes.

Helmet rental - it is recommended for small children to wear a helmet. We have different sizes available. Of course, you can also bring your own.

Pinguin (Skating help) - For your kids first steps on the ice it can be practical to rent one of our skating helps. Please note that we only have a limited number available and from time to time they can be "sold out"

GETTING YOUR SKATES

Present yourself at the rental desk and have your rental ticket and shoe sizes ready. We need an ID Card (or similar) as deposit for the rental skates. In return you will get a blue jetton with a number on it. You get your deposit back when your return the rental materials on presenting the blue numbered jetton. If you are a family or a group one card is sufficient for all.

ENTRY AND DRESSING ROOMS

You enter the ice rink via the dressing rooms. At the entry your entry ticket is taken and you get a stamp as proof of payment. With this stamp you can get in and out as often as you want during our opening times. We have lockers available that work with a 2 Euro coin. This coin is returned when you open the locker again. Forgot your 2 Euro coin? Ask one of our staff members for a jetton.

WHERE DO I GET MY PENGUIN?

Between the stands and the exit you will booth where you can pick up your skating help by presenting your ticket and the blue jetton you got at the skate rental. If you brought your own skates or did not rent any, please leave an ID card (or similar) as deposit. The rental is for one hour. If you keep your skating help longer extra charges apply.

DURING YOUR STAY

Need a break or something to eat or drink? You can go on and off the ice as often as you want during our opening times. Even with skates it is possible to reach all facilities as long as you walk on our soft floors. Avoid walking with skates on a concrete/stone surface!

WHAT TO WEAR?

Normal sporty clothes, not too warm, not to cold. We recommend you to wear gloves for protection.

Enjoy your stay!
