All birthday parties take place on the site of Patinoire Kockelscheuer, 42 rue de Bettembourg in Luxembourg. Please present yourself at the ice rink check in desk  at least 20 minutes before your booked time slot  to arrange payment (by card or cash) and getting everyone ready for the lesson. Online payment is not possible at the moment! ​ The number of coaches assigned will depend on the group size. Typically, we allocate one coach for every 10 participants. ​ The package rate includes a maximum of four skating helps (penguins or seals). If you need additional aids, they can be rented at our regular rates. These helps will remain in the private section of the ice rink after your session. ​ The rate includes entry and the use of our rental equipment for the entire day within our opening hours. After the session with our coach, the group can continue skating on their own during public ice time. ​ It is not possible to extend your slot, as the reserved space is needed for the next scheduled group and for ice resurfacing. If you arrive late, your time on the ice will still end at the originally booked time. ​ If you have booked a birthday party but cannot attend, please let us know at least 3 days in advance.   You will receive a confirmation by email. Please check your spam folder, as messages can sometimes end up there.
