Mornings
The Kockelscheuer ice rink is available to schools, Maison Relais, Foyer Scolaires, Crèches and others during the mornings from Tuesday to Friday between 8.00 and 12.00.
(Monday morning the ice rink is closed for maintenance work). This possibility will allow large groups to rent a whole rink per hour. In this case the entrance fee per person is waived.
We can accommodate >350 people per group without any problems.
The rink has a total of 1,000 pairs of skates for rent in various sizes (24-49).

Afternoons
From midday onwards, the Kockelscheuer ice rink will also be open to schools, Maison Relais, Foyer Scolaires, Crèches and other groups during public hours.
This possibility will allow small groups such as individual classes to visit the ice rink with interesting prices.

Payment
The ice rink accepts purchase orders. An invoice will be issued and sent out at the end of the month to be paid by bank account.
Credit cards and cash payments are also accepted.

Sport activities
The sports activities will be adapted to your schedule. Students will have the opportunity to try out one or more of the sports we offer, bearing in mind that the different groups have a maximum number of participants.
Ice Hockey
The participants play in two teams on a separate field on the public ice rink.
The instructor will form the teams and explain the rules (duration, number of players, etc). The equipment (plastic sticks, orange training pucks and 2 goals) will be provided.
This is not hockey equipment, but school equipment. This allows the game to be played without extra protection.
Skating Lessons
The skating lessons will take place on the public skating rink. An instructor will take care of 10 people. The instructor will show the beginners the first steps on the ice. This will help them to lose their fear. He shows you how to skate, glide, stop and fall without being a danger to yourself or others.
Curling
Only children from 12 years old can try this activity. A maximum of 16 people can play this game at the same time on a separate ice rink next to the public rink. You will receive the equipment on site. The game will be played without skates. Please wear sports shoes.
Eisstock
Due to the weight of the equipment, only children from 12 years old can try this activity. A maximum of 16 people can play this game at the same time on an ice rink next to the public rink. You will receive the material onsite. This game is similar to bowling and petanque. It will be played without skates. Please wear sports shoes.
